Application process
After receiving your application, we will guide you through a registration process swiftly and efficiently. You will be given the link to our online placement test.
Documents preparation
Once you are accepted to join our course, you will be asked to sign a contract and transfer a tuition fee. All course and payment details will be sent to you by mail. Once we receive your tuition fee, we will prepare all necessary documents for you so you can start the Polish visa application procedure.
Assistance before your arrival
In case you need any help concerning your travel to Poland and your stay in Warsaw, you can ask OJA staff for assistance. OJA admin staff is always ready to help you.
Language classes
On the first day of the course, there will be both written and oral placement test in order to offer you the best group matching your starting English language level. You will be also given a detailed class timetable. The course will be run by very experienced teachers, both Polish and native speakers five times a week from Monday to Friday.

Culture and entertaiment
Apart from offering English learning classes, OJA offers a variety of other social and cultural events and activities as well. You will be invited to Christmas meeting, Easter meeting, Polish Day and many other events.
